Residential project in Lambertseter, a popular suburban neighbourhood in southern Oslo. The 8,000 m² site is located adjacent to Lambertseter shopping centre and the metro station. The development plans include approximately up to 200 residential units alongside 1,500 m² of commercial space. The site is currently under zoning review, with launch planned for 2026 followed by construction commencement in 2027.
