Development project in Sørumsand, a growing transport hub northeast of Oslo. Fru Natvigs vei 2 and Sørumsandveien 65-69 together comprise Sørumsand centre, totalling 5,800 m² and situated 100 metres from Sørumsand station. The site currently holds near-fully leased commercial buildings. Plans include a mixed-use development of up to 110 residential units and 6,500 m² of commercial space. Zoning and development work is ongoing.
