Vidhya has 22 years of commercial real estate experience coordinating and reviewing all aspects of due diligence process. At Anvil, Vidhya oversees reporting, budgeting, and other accounting related activities. Prior to Anvil, Vidhya was at AMP Technologies, led the team and oversees cash flow modelling, budgeting, reporting and CAM process of retail and office properties. Previously, she was a Financial Analyst at GRO associated with Sterling Equities analyzed over $5 billion worth of prospective acquisitions across a variety of assets, ultimately closing of properties worth $640 million. Re-valued 53 assets of office, retail and multi-family properties under management.
Vidhya received her Bachelor in Commerce from University of Madras.
