Following the completion of BDO's new premises and several other key lease extensions, the two office assets owned by Starwood on Bragernes Torg (~16,000m²) have been sold to Clarkson Platou.

First Swedish asset under management

Anvil has advised on the acquisition and financing of Magnus Stenbock 1, an iconic office building in central Malmø of 5,500m². Anvil is engaged as asset manager for the property.

Tristan's Big box portfolio sold to Ragde Eiendom

The remaining ~97,000 m² big box portfolio managed by Anvil for Tristan Capital Partners has been sold to Ragde Eiendom in one of the year's largest transactions. During Tristan's holding period Anvil has successfully leased and developed more than 20,000 m² at Stoa (Arendal) and Tune (Sarpsborg).

First Core Investment

Partnering with major German family office, Euro Real Estate, Anvil becomes the local partner on its first core investment – a landmark Oslo office and retail asset located between the Parliament and the Palace. The property, Karl Johans gate 45, also known as "Landkredittgården" after its largest tenant, totals approx. 5,000 m².

Helsfyr Atrium in NOK 1.2bn transaction

Starwood Capital Group and Anvil have divested Helsfyr Atrium, a 31,000 m² office building in Helsfyr Oslo, to Tristan Capital Partners. Anvil will remain asset manager and JV-partner for Tristan following the sale.

Mo Handelspark sold - Anvil retained as asset manager

Tristan Capital Partners sells their 66% share of Mo Handelspark in Mo i Rana to Coop Helgeland, who previously owned 34%. Coop Helgeland engages Anvil to continue managing the 25,500 m² retail asset, with tenants such as Plantasjen, XXL and Coop Obs!

Anvil, on behalf of Starwood, divests Dronningens gate 13 (13,00 0m² offices anchored by Riksantikvaren), Bjølsenhallen (9,000 m² retail anchored by Norgesgruppen) and Stålfjæra 24 (5,600 m² datacenter on ground lease let to TDC) in a combined sale to Ragde Eiendom.
