Konows gate 5-7 is centrally located at the foot of the Ekeberg hillside. Plans include development of 93 residential units on the last available plot for residential development in this historic neighbourhood. The site will be transformed into an urban, ESG-oriented residential project with strong architectural engagement with the streetscape, including widened pavements. The location offers a quiet residential setting with easy access to Oslo city centre. The units are now available for sale, with an expected completion in 2027/2028.
