Konows gate 5-7 is centrally located at the foot of the Ekeberg hillside. Plans include development of up tp 100 residential units on the last available plot for residential development in this historic neighbourhood. The site will be transformed into an urban, ESG-oriented residential project with strong architectural engagement with the streetscape, including widened pavements. The location offers a quiet residential setting with easy access to Oslo city centre. A small commercial unit serving local residents is also planned. Sales launch is estimated for 2026, with completion in 2027/2028.
