Karthick has over 10 years of experience across commercial real estate, engineering, and construction with a focus on financial analysis and underwriting of real estate investments. At Anvil, he evaluates acquisition opportunities and builds financial models that directly support investment decisions across new acquisitions and debt investments for Hybridge Mezzanine, Anvil’s debt platform. He has contributed to the closing of transactions exceeding $200 million. Prior to Anvil, Karthick was a Senior Engineer at STE Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., where he worked on large-scale warehouse developments in India. He was responsible for cost analysis, procurement and project execution across construction projects exceeding 10,000m2
Karthick holds an MBA in infrastructure management from RICS school of Built Environment and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University.
