Karen Vandborg is a Senior Asset Manager at Anvil Denmark. She has 8 years of experience servicing foreign institutional clients with the management of Nordic assets through phases of construction, lease-up, operation and disposition. Previous to Anvil, Karen was a Senior Asset Manager at SF Management, managing four portfolios of market-rate residential properties throughout Denmark. Prior to SFM, Karen was a Junior Asset Manager at Savills Investment Management assisting with a portfolio of highstreet retail properties in Copenhagen, and was a Research Analyst at SHVO focusing on the development of luxury highrise residential properties in Manhattan.
Karen received her Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, and a Bachelor of Architecture and Real Property Development from California Polytechnic State University.
