Deepa has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, with focus on Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliation and budgeting process. At Anvil, she oversees reporting, budgeting and administrative activities. Prior to Anvil, Deepa served as a Manager at Fulcrum Commercial Real Estate Services P Ltd, where she led CAM reconciliation for commercial and retail tenants, managed lease administration functions, and handled budgeting for more than 10 clients. Earlier in her career, she worked with Annet, AMP and GRO, where she built a solid foundation in reporting, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation.
Deepa received her Bachelor’s in Commerce from University of Madras.
