Daniel Ewerlöf is the Managing Director of Anvil Denmark and has 21 years of commercial real estate experience across the Nordics. Daniel has extensive experience in acquiring and managing assets in Nordic real estate portfolios, first as a regional manager for Castellum Denmark and more recently as a portfolio manager for the international fund manager, Cromwell Property Group. At Cromwell, Daniel oversaw portfolio asset management activities and investments in Denmark and Finland for the Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT). Prior to Castellum, he worked at Hypo Real Estate Bank for three years as credit analyst.
Daniel received his MSc in business and administration from The Gothenburg School of Business and a MSc in Economics and Law from the University of Gothenburg. He has also studied management at the University of St. Gallen.
