Carl Simon has 8 years of real estate and consulting experience in the Nordics. Prior to Anvil, Carl Simon spent over 3 years at CBRE in Oslo working with Portfolio Optimization & Management for major Nordic office users, which involved advising clients on their global real estate office strategies and acting as a transaction manager for new and existing office projects up to 65,000m2. Most recently up until early 2023, Carl Simon was the Global Real Estate Portfolio Manager for a listed Danish mining and engineering company, where his role involved optimizing the company’s real estate portfolio and centralising governance and decision making processes. Prior to his real estate career, Carl Simon also worked for 4 years at Centerpoint, a Norwegian consultancy focused on transportation and infrastructure projects.
Carl Simon received a BA in Economics from Durham University (UK) and a MSc in Management from Imperial College Business School (UK).
