Nils Christian in the co-CEO of Anvil and has 16 years of investment experience in real estate and equity sales. At Anvil, Nils Christian oversees all asset management activities, totaling over 800,000m² of historical AUM, and is actively involved in the largest and most challenging assignments involving complex assets with significant lease-up and re-positioning needs, as well as development projects totaling over 47,000m². During his time at Anvil, Nils Christian has also been involved in nearly NOK 13 billion of acquisitions and dispositions.
Nils Christian received his MSc in Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland.
